Rally the fleet via email, slack, 1:1 outreach
Organization:
Coordinate with the hosting yacht club by notifying them that we intend to attend (this is usually done already as part of the RM schedule development but it does not hurt to be redundant), assist with and provide input into NOR/ SI, provide fleet preferences to PRO, figure out any logistics re: trailers, parking, camping and communicate with the fleet.
